Biodiversity Associates will be presenting two different slide shows
during the University of Wyoming's Earth Day Festival. Both shows will
be given in Student Union Room 203, at 12:00.
Friday, April 20: Erik Molvar, a professional photographer and expert
backpacker who has written thirteen published outdoor field guides, will
present a photo tour of Wyoming's lesser known, and unprotected, wild
places. The presentation will also focus upon the threats these
magnificent places and ecosystems are facing from the ramped-up oil and
gas development encouraged by the Wyoming Congressional Delegation and
the Bush Administration.
Monday, April 23: Through a series of striking photographs, Biodiversity
Associates will highlight and describe an upcoming citizens' campaign to
protect wild species and wild places in the Medicine Bow National
Forest.
I hope you can attend. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
