Since its inception, Biodiversity Associates has been an action-oriented community based organization. So we thought a name change would be appropriate to more accurately reflect our emphasis on conservation advocacy. We also made the change because we are now a membership group, and wanted a name which would reflect our new organizational structure.

Everyone who contributed to Biodiversity Associates in the past year will be considered members. Membership privileges include newsletters, meetings, parties, conservation hikes, and wildlands alerts.
