Tell your Representative to vote NO on SF40.

This bill would allow the construction of roads in roadless areas.

The Wyoming House is about to vote for the second time on SF40, titled Establishment of Highways (click here to see SF40 language)

BCA is urging you to let your legislator know that you oppose this bill. The language in this bill has been used in other legislation in an attempt to provide a way for county commissions to circumvent roadless rules and declare any two track or trail a state highway.

Please contact your representative immediately and let them know that you want them to VOTE NO on Senate File 40.
